Change to Tutorial Classes 16 – 18 June

Ice and Gym Sessions
Please note that there will be no ice or gym sessions after Thursday, June 12.
Tutorial Schedule Changes (June 16–18)
We have adjusted the tutorial block schedule as follows:
U15 Varsity
  • Previous time: 12:30 p.m. start
  • New time: 11:50 a.m. – 1:40 p.m.
  • Dates: June 16, 17, and 18
U15 Prep
  • Previous time: 3:00 p.m. start
  • New time: 1:50 p.m. – 2:40 p.m.
  • Dates: June 16, 17, and 18
These adjustments will allow students to complete their tutorial sessions earlier in the day while continuing to receive academic support and supervision.
If you have any questions regarding these schedule changes, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If students are completed tutorial work ahead of time, they are encouraged to use that time for core academics (Science/English) or with parental permission clearly communicated to the office, may leave after morning academic schedule.
